STEVE ROUSE Steve Rouse, born in a small town in Northern New York State, started life early performing, from tap
dance lessons to garage bands, but always knew he wanted to be on the radio. In 1969, he landed his
first radio job while still in high school. Working at different stations, he eventually settled in Baltimore in
1985 where he worked at 92 Star for three years. In 1988 Rouse landed a job at WQSR where the Rouse
& Company show was born and became the number 1 morning show in Baltimore. For 17 years, it was
everything a boy from a small town only imagined it could be, but in May 2005 as quickly as it begun, it
was over. Welcome to radio! Without warning, the station changed format and the show was done. With a
small stint filling in on WBAL, 98 Rock and a year at WLIF, he decided it was time to become a gentleman
farmer. Rousedale Farm in Fallston began in 2008 and is a producer of organic produce, eggs, chickens
and more. It continues today, but has tapered off because once a radio guy, always a radio guy. Rouse &
Company is back with new host Tracy Hart and producer Pat O'Neill ready to be Baltimore’s Morning
Show again at Q1370!

TRACY HART Tracy Hart, a southern girl born in Biloxi Mississippi, dreamed of being a fighter pilot. Moving to Baltimore to go to Towson University, she found a love of media. With a degree in Public Relations, she worked in print media for years. During that time, she joined the Air Force Auxiliary where her dream of flying became a reality. Moving up to being a Mission Commander and a Co-Pilot she was able to fly and help her country. That path led her to a career in radio by accident. She was called by a local radio station in Aberdeen to speak about a mission she took part in. After the interview, the owner of the station offered her a job as a DJ. With no background in radio, it was a leap of faith, but one that changed her life. After a few years, a brief stint outside of radio, an escaping blimp happened. Asked to come on the new Rouse & Company show to talk about her knowledge of the blimp that escaped, she met Steve Rouse. That next week, she was part of the Rouse & Company show. As the only female on the show, her role is simple….to represent the women AND keep the boys in line.
PAT O'NEILL Pat O'Neill was born and raised in Baltimore. Growing up, Pat always planned on having a career in Radio and TV Broadcasting. After spending four years at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA, he returned to Baltimore in 2006 and began working at 1370 AM as a morning show producer. Throughout his career, Pat produced a variety of shows for both 1370 and the sister station Talk Radio 680, WCBM. In 2011, he started reporting midday and afternoon traffic. Pat serves Rouse & Company as the producer and traffic reporter and is proud to be part of Baltimore's Morning Show!
