Hit Me with Your Best Note: Pat Benatar to duet with two contestants on "American Idol" this Sunday

Pat Benatar will be featured on the next episode of ABC's American Idol, which will feature 10 of the show's 20 remaining contestants singing a round of duets with celebrity partners.

The program, which airs this Sunday, April 7, at 8 p.m. ET, will feature the '80s pop/rock legend and her husband and guitarist, Neal Giraldo, teaming up with two contestants: 17-year-old pop belter Madison VanDenburg and 23-year-old singer-songwriter Kate Barnette.

The other guest singers who will appear on the show are Jason Mraz, singer-rapper Shaggy, Elle King and country star Brett Young. Then, on Monday, the other 10 contestants will duet with a different crop of celebrity artists, including Chris Isaak, Ben Harper and lovelytheband.

On each episode, judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan will eliminate three contestants, which will bring the number of remaining American Idol hopefuls down to 14.
